Delete your account

Use this form if you lost your Encryption Key, have no assigned Releasees, and want to permanently delete your account so you can start fresh with the same email address — or if you simply wish to permanently delete your account.

For your safety, deletion is never instant:

  • We email a confirmation link to your address.
  • After you confirm, there is a 48-hour hold.
  • We remind you every 8 hours. You can cancel any time — from the link in those emails or by signing into the app.
  • Only after the hold ends, with no cancel, is the account permanently deleted.

Entering an email here does not delete anything. Nothing happens until you confirm from the email we send.
